Casa Correggiolo is an elegant, beautifully decorated apartment on the first floor with a phenomenal view of the Tuscan hills and the Appennino mountains. It consists of a cosy balcony, a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with more than enough closet space, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the property there is also a private garden. The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Shared Spaces & Outdoor Amenities
The Spereto property is in a strategic position with a panoramic view of the countryside and the historic village of Montaione. Each outdoor space is private and cared for with particular attention to detail. At the outdoor swimming pool (18m x 9m x 1,4m depth) there are several terraces with enough sun beds and parasols for each apartment. The shared pool is heated from May until October. A well-equipped bar, outdoor shower and toilets make the pool area complete. Private parking on the property. No pets allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and on the balcony.
