On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: one double bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and desk. The second bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, each of standard single size beds which can sleep up to 4 people. A second large bathroom with shower and double vanity.

The outdoor space is fully equipped with a lounge area, shading, and a private dining area with a barbeque. Being at the extremity of the Spereto complex, it offers privacy and exceptional views of the tuscan hills and sunset!

The accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets in all windows, underfloor heating and air conditioning systems in all the bedrooms.

The outdoor shared swimming pool (18m x 9m and 1,4m depth), in a panoramic position, is heated from May till October and only shared by the ten apartments and three villas.

The Spereto property is in a strategic position with a beautiful view of the countryside and the historic village of Montaione. Each outdoor space is private and cared for with particular attention to detail. The shared swimming pool is surrounded by a refined sun terrace with outdoor furniture and a sun umbrella for each unit. Toilets, outdoor shower and a bar/barbecue area to complete the pool area.

Uncovered free parking is available within the property. Guests have the option to utilize a golf cart for unloading luggage and transporting it to their accommodations.
